JT and I decided to go for a drive today to Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills New York.
It was beautiful! Clouds of butterfilies, birds everywhere, colorful fields of flowers... the place is gorgeous!
These lilies were over 6ft tall!

Their green houses are HUGE . The roof of the greenhouses open up on warm sunny days. And this is the first green house I have seen where the plants are growing in the actual ground under the greenhouse and not on top of a table and in trays.
Weed everything :)
Stopped in the cafe while we were there. This was amazing. Goat cheese, tomatoes and purple basil.
I took home a jar of strawberry rhubarb jam. I will be enjoying this on toast tomorrow- you can bet on it!
We had a great time and we will be back soon! Next time we want to take part in a class or a workshop. Or come back on a Sunday when the farm market is open.

ps... We had to stop and pick up a jar of our favorite Greek dressing. Lefteris is just a few minutes away from Stone Barns and it's the best Greek dressing I have ever had.
